R/ My current research is on the pharmacogenetics of Tenofavir (HIV medication ) and its link to chronic kidney diseases
Describe a typical day at work/research
R/ I do DNA extractions , DNA purifications, DNA PCR and also preparations of gels to view DNA after PCR. Then DNA sequences to view polymorphous nature of any variation of any gene of interest
